2018… Find your Blend!

It’s a new year, so may as well start out with a few confessions. I’m one of those people who doesn’t believe in work-life balance. There I said it. 1) it’s ALL life and 2) my life (and I’m guessing most of yours too) has never known true balance. Another reality I’ve learned to accept is that you will never be able to do everything that you have to do and you can’t please everyone.  That’s the bad news. The good news is, you CAN find work-life blend. And when you do, you’ll know it.  Because you’ll wake up every morning, as I have for the last two months, with a smile in your heart. ❤️
As the year came to an end, I found myself reflecting on the past, living in the present and looking forward to a bright future. While my 2017 was filled with many blessings, some friends and family were not as fortunate. For a period of time, I felt like every other week I got more bad news. It was really hard to cope but my first response was always, thank you God! When you find yourself surrounded by such sadness, it’s then when you TRULY appreciate all the blessings that have been bestowed upon you. Life really is too short to be anything but happy. So, after great soul-searching, I decided to take a risk and pursue my true passion. I couldn’t have done it without a little courage and a lot of love and support from my family and friends.  Thanks to all of you, I’ve realized my dream of owning my own business and more importantly, found my perfect blend. My vision is to change the world through business leadership and education by inspiring people to reach new heights.  Therefore, my new business is named Altitude Business Coaching. Partnering my passion, with the expertise of Brian Tracy’s core material and methodologies, seemed too good to be true. Now that dream is my new reality.
My advice to you in 2018…find YOUR blend. Live fully, laugh loudly, and love deeply and be unwavering in your commitment to all of the above.

Dare to dream,
